Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times
- Handle and merchandise all products according to company policy
- Display and express complete knowledge of all products to customers
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- Oversee entire Third Shift store operation including shelf conditions and stock levels
- Schedule all Night Crew Associates
- Manage Front End and Office operations including check approvals and nightly resets
- Assist with ordering merchandise and supplies, ensuring proper inventory levels
- Ensure proper merchandising standards and store excess product as per corporate guidelines
- Assist with hiring, training and development of new Night Crew Associates
- Discipline or recommend discipline of Night Crew Associates per company policy
- Handle refrigeration and security procedures during third shift
- Unload warehouse and DSD merchandise deliveries
- Evaluate performance and progress of Store Associates
- Ensure productivity measures of 3rd Shift Grocery Crew are met
- Implement and maintain corporate and state sanitation and pricing procedures
- Protect company inventory and assets
- Control shrink through adherence to policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
