Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- ensure proper handling and merchandising of all products according to company policy
- oversee the entire third shift store operation including shelf conditions and product stocking
- schedule and manage all Night Crew Associates
- assist with ordering merchandise and supplies for the Grocery Department
- maintain merchandising standards and back room inventory
- hire, train, and develop new Night Crew Associates
- enforce discipline according to company policy
- oversee refrigeration and security procedures during the third shift
- unload warehouse and DSD merchandise deliveries
- evaluate performance and progress of Store Associates
- ensure productivity measures of third shift grocery crew are met
- implement and maintain sanitation and pricing procedures
- protect company inventory and assets
- control shrink through adherence to policies
- perform other duties as assigned
