Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- ability to climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolds
- physical capability to lift 20-50 pounds frequently
- ability to operate manual tools, switches, and gears
- availability to respond immediately to maintenance emergencies

Job Duties
- Perform monthly inspections of all common areas, buildings, equipment, fixtures, plumbing and appliances
- perform general landscaping, trimming and cleanup
- perform daily removal of litter on property grounds
- operate leaf blower and pressure washer for beautification
- paint exterior and interior surfaces as necessary
- complete any service requests within 24 hours
- attend Fair Housing and maintenance seminars on a regular basis
