Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of management and supervisory experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to use front office and property management systems proficiently
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales and marketing initiatives
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Experience in staff training and development
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial performance
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple property locations
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Operate properties in absence of General Manager as needed
  • Follow General Manager daily flow during assignments
  • Develop expertise on computer operating systems
  • Assist in recruitment of General Managers and property staff
  • Provide training, development and support to property staff
  • Drive sales through sales calls and local marketing
  • Ensure excellent guest service
  • Identify and manage repair and maintenance issues
  • Monitor life/safety and inspection compliance
  • Notify Regional Operations Manager of safety, security, policy violations or guest concerns
  • Monitor competitors as directed
  • Help meet budgets through cost and inventory control
  • Maximize financial performance of properties
  • Travel and overnight stay as required
