Job Duties
- Manage day to day department operations
- ensure proper supervision of department staff
- schedule and staff department appropriately
- enforce safety and sanitation laws and corporate policies
- hire, train and develop departmental staff
- document performance issues and recommend disciplinary actions
- enforce dress code compliance
- ensure associates provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service with adherence to company standards
- monitor and achieve financial results including payroll, sales, gross profit, shrink and inventory
- ensure proper merchandising according to corporate planograms and promotions
- maintain food safety logs and comply with all signing policies
