Job Requirements

  • attend Dweck new hire orientation held on a Tuesday from 9am to 5pm at the headquarters office in DC
  • ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
  • availability to work a minimum of three shifts per month
  • customer service experience is preferred but not required as training is provided

  • experience in a customer service role such as hospitality, retail, or property management
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities effectively
  • basic organizational and administrative skills
  • friendly and approachable demeanor
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment

Job Duties

  • greet incoming guests and residents along with their furry family member
  • answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • receive incoming mail and packages, log them and deliver upon request
  • assist residents with emergencies, requests, or concerns such as lockouts, reservations, or complaints
  • respond and coordinate maintenance service requests within 24 hours and follow up with residents
  • plan and execute resident social events to build community engagement
  • assist office team with administrative tasks and support
