Job Duties
- Follow instructions and established procedures to perform duties of Cashier, Snack Bar Helper, Cook Helper, Pizza Maker, Storeroom Attendant, and Food Handler
- Prepare simple foods including casseroles, convenience foods, sandwiches, and fresh dough pizzas
- Clean and prepare ingredients such as lettuce for salads
- Make French fries, coffee, cook eggs, omelets, burgers
- Slice meat and cut cakes and pies
- Serve food on serving lines including sandwich bars and salad bars
- Use computerized cash register to handle transactions and balance cash
- Maintain cashier stations including restocking and cleaning
- Receive and check stock deliveries and rotate items for freshness
- Take weekly inventory of stock
- Wash dishes and kitchen utensils following safety and sanitation regulations
