Job Requirements
- Must have 2 years of parking experience
- Must be flexible between 6 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday
- Must have a source of transportation to travel to different locations in LA County
Job Qualifications
- Must have 2 years of parking experience
- One year of lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Valet experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours between 6 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to travel to different locations in LA County
Job Duties
- Understand and respond appropriately to basic customer and team member issues and inquiries
- Accurately reconcile and report daily revenue and do cashier duties
- Interact with guests in a friendly manner
- Predict and communicate traffic flow peaks and lot issues
- Identify and arrange for extra support for extended wait times
- Project currency and coin requirements and re-order as necessary
- Work in an outdoor unprotected environment in all climates for extended periods of time
- Keep work area clean and do daily cleaning/maintenance as needed
