Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 months previous food service experience
  • Some positions may require experience with fresh dough products
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and assignments

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of simple foods including casseroles, convenience foods, and hot and cold sandwiches
  • Clean and prepare lettuce and other salad ingredients
  • Make French fries, coffee, cook eggs, omelets, burgers, and other menu items
  • Slice meat and cut desserts such as cake and pie
  • Serve food on serving lines including sandwich bars, hot lines, and salad bars
  • Operate computerized cash register terminals to process payments and make change
  • Balance and reconcile cash to cash register tapes
  • Maintain cashier islands, restock condiments, and clean tables and chairs
  • Prepare fresh dough pizzas according to franchise specifications
  • Receive and check stock deliveries against order forms and documents
  • Rotate and date stock to ensure use before expiration
  • Transfer items from storage to kitchen as directed
  • Conduct weekly inventory of storeroom, freezer, and cooler products
  • Wash dishes, cooking utensils, and counter spaces while observing safety and health regulations
  • Maintain highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness
