Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of three months previous food service experience
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
- Ability to count cash and make change
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to use a calculator, food thermometer, and computerized cash register
- Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food service
- Commitment to following safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of simple foods such as casseroles and convenience foods
- Clean and prepare lettuce and other ingredients for salads
- Make French fries, hot and cold sandwiches, coffee, cook eggs, omelets, and burgers
- Slice meat and cut cakes or pies
- Serve food on a serving line including sandwich bars, hot lines, and salad bar
- Use a computerized cash register to add costs, collect money, and make change
- Balance and reconcile cash to cash register tapes
- Maintain cashier islands by restocking condiments and cleaning tables and chairs
- Prepare assorted fresh dough pizzas according to franchise specifications
- Receive stock and check deliveries against order forms and delivery documents
- Rotate and date stock to ensure proper usage before expiration
- Move items from storage areas to kitchens as directed
- Take weekly inventory of products in storeroom, freezer, and cooler
- Wash dishes, cooking utensils, and counter space while observing safety and sanitation standards
