Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write and follow instruction
- ability to count cash, make change and communicate well with the public
- ability to use a calculator, food thermometer, and computerized cash register
- at least three months of previous food service experience
- willingness to work various hours and shifts
- physical ability to perform duties of positions including cashier, snack bar helper, cook helper, pizza maker, storeroom attendant, and food handler
- completion of online application, resume, and cover letter submission

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of simple foods including casseroles, convenience foods
- clean and prepare lettuce and other ingredients for salads
- make French fries, hot and cold sandwiches, coffee, cook eggs, omelets, burgers
- slice meat, cut cake and pie
- serve food on serving lines including sandwich bars, hot lines, salad bar
- use a computerized cash register to add food costs, collect money and make change
- balance and reconcile cash to cash register tapes
- maintain cashier islands including restocking condiments and cleaning tables and chairs
- prepare assorted fresh dough pizzas according to franchise specifications
- receive stock and check deliveries against order forms and delivery documents
- rotate and date stock to ensure proper product use
- move items from storage to kitchen as directed
- take weekly inventory of storeroom, freezer, and cooler products
- wash dishes, cooking utensils, counter spaces
- observe safety, health regulations, and maintain sanitation standards
