Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable personal transportation – you will be required to drive your own vehicle to and from all locations assigned
- Must be able to lift 10+ pounds regularly
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, reach above head, squat, walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb stairs

- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and machinery
- Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas including dusting, glass cleaning, emptying trash, and restocking paper products
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness and safety
- Provide coverage for leaves of absence, last minute call outs, and emergency work as requested by clients
- Adhere to safety procedures while operating cleaning machinery and using chemicals
- Maintain both indoor and outdoor spaces as required
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of janitorial tasks across multiple sites
- Promote a positive atmosphere by contributing to the overall aesthetic and functional quality of the workplace
