Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- capability to walk and stand for extended periods
- ability to bend, twist, push, pull, stoop, and kneel
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- adherence to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment
- ability to follow directions and work independently with limited supervision
- availability to perform opening and closing shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to comprehend and follow recipes
- current food safety certification or permit as required by local government
- ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- effective teamwork and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests
- expedite and run food orders to guests
- clear and reset tables in the dining room
- place additional food and beverage orders for guests and accommodate for special requests
- perform opening, closing, and side duties including setting up food carts, stations, and presetting or clearing tables
- build food tickets on the kitchen line and coordinate efficient food flow between kitchen and service areas
- keep dining, service, and assigned stations clean, sanitized, and organized at all times
