Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
  • capability to walk and stand for extended periods
  • ability to bend, twist, push, pull, stoop, and kneel
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • adherence to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment
  • ability to follow directions and work independently with limited supervision
  • availability to perform opening and closing shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to comprehend and follow recipes
  • current food safety certification or permit as required by local government
  • ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • effective teamwork and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests
  • expedite and run food orders to guests
  • clear and reset tables in the dining room
  • place additional food and beverage orders for guests and accommodate for special requests
  • perform opening, closing, and side duties including setting up food carts, stations, and presetting or clearing tables
  • build food tickets on the kitchen line and coordinate efficient food flow between kitchen and service areas
  • keep dining, service, and assigned stations clean, sanitized, and organized at all times
