Job Requirements
- Willing to work variable shifts including weekends and overtime
- Ability to work onsite at Everett, Washington
- 5 plus years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
- 5 plus years of experience working in a cross functional environment
- 3 plus years of experience leading teams in a formal and or informal role
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by export control regulations
- Compliance with Boeing's drug free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- 5 plus years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
- 5 plus years of experience working in a cross functional environment
- 3 plus years of experience leading teams in a formal and or informal role
- 3 plus years of flight line operations experience
- 3 plus years of experience working with airline customers
- 3 plus years of experience with quality assurance, troubleshooting capabilities, functional test knowledge, release, ticket experience, manufacturing, and or structures
- 3 plus years of proficiency using CMES or Velocity
Job Duties
- Ensure air vehicles are completed and pass certification for airworthiness by overseeing final component installation, systems operation functional testing, modification, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, preflight and post flight checks, release for flight, and preparation for delivery
- Interface with flight crews, engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product requirements and ensure customer acceptance
- Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provide input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
- Acquire resources for department activities, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manage, develop and motivate employees and first-level managers
