Job Requirements
- High school graduate
- Ideally possess a BS/BA degree
- Minimum three years experience operating with an airline
- Hold or have held FAA ATP or Commercial instrument rating multi-engine with Airbus aircraft
- Ideally hold an A320, A330 or A350 type rating
- At least 4000 hours total time
- Minimum 1500 hours in jet category aircraft
- Minimum 1500 hours as pilot in command
- Fluent in English for teaching, briefing and debriefing
- Substantial simulator instructor experience as an SFI/TRI on A320, A330 or A350
- Able to write progress reports for airline and authority submission
Job Qualifications

- Ideally hold an A320, A330 or A350 type rating
- At least 4000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1500 hours in a jet category aircraft
- Minimum 1500 hours as pilot in command
- Fluent English speaking, teaching, briefing and debriefing skills
- Substantial simulator instructor experience as an SFI/TRI on A320, A330 or A350
- Able to write progress reports for airlines and authorities
Job Duties
- Deliver training while adhering to Airbus standard policy and standardization as required by Airbus Flight Training Operations
- Instruct trainees on various training devices
- Provide an evaluation of crew progression
- Produce written reports and grade trainee performance at the end of each session
- Determine the necessity for extra training to achieve desired proficiency levels
- Participate in the improvement and development of training documentation
