Job Requirements
- BS in a relevant engineering or quality discipline or equivalent education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace or regulated design and manufacturing industry
- Deep knowledge of configuration management processes and SAE-649
- Experience using production lifecycle and enterprise resource planning software like 3Dx, Teamcenter, Plex, SAP
- Proficiency with 3D CAD software such as Catia/Enovia
- Strong skills in MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High energy, self-motivated, organized and detail oriented

- Strong skills in MS Excel for analysis and comparison of product structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with 3D digital thread and/or model-based definition (MBD) environments
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Growth mindset with ability to adapt quickly and suggest solutions
Job Duties
- Analyze all product design changes and flight test issued changes providing detailed hardware, software and test asset impacts for all flight test assets
- Coordinate, track and status the review and approval of design and flight test changes to aircraft configurations
- Maintain intimate knowledge of flight test asset configurations advising on impacts to safe flight, maintenance actions, and return to service
- Author and maintain procedures related to flight test change management, instrumentation and asset configurations to support company and FAA flight test schedules
- Manage change management and product structure within a PLM tool, preferably 3DXperience
- Apply product effectivity to aircraft or motor end item units
- Maintain configuration and change management principles for hardware and software to ensure correct configuration effectivity in a certification and regulatory environment
- Develop training materials and provide instructions to assist others with flight test change management
