Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A&P license required
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace or regulated industry
- experience with aircraft repair or modification
- experience with flight operation support
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to read schematics
- excellent communication skills
- willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
- willingness to work flexible schedules
- proficiency with Google G-Suite and Slack
- physical ability to perform job duties including lifting, standing, walking, climbing, working in tight spaces and various environmental conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A&P license required
- strong skills in mechanical and airframe and power plant technical support including installation, repair, and fabrication support
- strong interpersonal skills and judgment in mechanical repair and fabrication situations
- strong knowledge of glass cockpit mechanical systems, troubleshooting, wiring diagrams, mods, and terminations
- experience with flight operation support
- experience with aircraft repair or modification
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- high energy, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- passion for safety through quality
- experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- willing and able to travel domestically and internationally
- willing to work flexible schedules
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace or regulated industry
- strong problem-solving skills

- avionics and basic electrical troubleshooting

Job Duties
- Inspect, test, adjust, and repair mechanical equipment installed in aircraft using hand tools and test equipment
- inspect function of mechanical equipment for defects and assembly accuracy
- test mechanical equipment under simulated or actual operating conditions to determine performance and airworthiness
- adjust, replace, or repair defective components based on function test results and technical documents
- perform composite structural inspections, repairs, and modifications
- maintain aircraft forms and maintenance records
- conduct regular maintenance on aircraft high voltage systems, electric propulsion systems, avionics, instrumentation systems, landing gear, and composite structures
- perform ground operation support for Flight Test
- execute aircraft modifications to support operational and flight test requirements
- communicate directly with engineers and project managers to recommend improvements
- coordinate and perform ground test operations
- organize and maintain aircraft ground support equipment and hardware
- develop maintenance processes and procedures
- maintain records of all work performed
