Job Requirements

  • Must have an active top secret clearance
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in a related field and a minimum of 20 years of experience in the respective technical or professional discipline, twelve of which must be in the DoD
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of 25 years of experience in the respective technical or professional discipline, fifteen of which must be in the DoD
  • Thirty years of directly related experience with proper certifications, twenty of which must be in the DoD
  • Minimum of three years of experience planning or conducting military flight test programs
  • Expertise in planning, directing, and integrating all aspects of test and evaluation functions related to development and deployment of aeronautical weapons systems.

Job Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in related field with minimum 20 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 25 years of experience
  • Extensive experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) environment
  • Proven expertise in planning and integrating test and evaluation for aeronautical weapons systems
  • Strong knowledge of military flight test programs and acquisition processes
  • Experience coordinating with multiple government agencies and contractors
  • Proficiency with government and industry-standard software for documentation and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage complex projects, including cost and schedule tracking
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in technical and program management roles.

Job Duties

  • Assist in designing, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of test and evaluation for F-16 systems
  • Prepare, maintain, update, and review test and test-related documentation
  • Develop and support the flight test program for F-16 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) production and modification efforts
  • Manage all phases of the flight test program assessing aeronautical system performance
  • Support and participate in flight test meetings and Integrated Test Team activities
  • Coordinate delivery of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and test resources
  • Analyze test data including flight test video to assess anomalies and recommend actions
  • Prepare and manage FMS documentation ensuring compliance with U.S. Government and FMS policies
  • Assist in cost estimation and budget tracking for flight test programs
  • Liaise with contractors, DoD representatives, and Developmental Test personnel
  • Support the preparation and presentation of briefings and reports for management and customer meetings
  • Facilitate compliance with FAA and military regulations including ITAR
  • Coordinate test requirements between prime contractors, Air Force Test Centers, and other stakeholders
  • Travel CONUS/OCONUS to support engineering, test planning, and program management meetings
  • Participate in flight test missions to review data real-time.
