Job Qualifications
- college degree preferred
- pilot training and experience preferred
- prior aviation experience or education required
- thorough understanding of federal aviation regulations preferred
- technical understanding of flight planning and aircraft performance preferred
- strong customer service skills
- proficiency in microsoft office applications and internet
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- previous experience with fos, fl3xx, foreflight, flightbridge, jeppesen, apple products preferred
- outstanding teamwork skills
- understanding business aircraft operations worldwide preferred
Job Duties
- maintain oversight of all fleet movements
- track flight progress and report delays
- provide weather briefings
- oversee the status of catering services
- coordinate ground transportation
- manage Fixed Base Operator (FBO) services
- serve as central contact for aircraft movements and customer inquiries
