Job Requirements

  • education level relevant to aviation or related field preferred
  • prior experience in flight support, ground operations or flight planning advantageous
  • strong organizational skills
  • proficiency with operational management platforms
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • attention to detail
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • excellent English language skills to communicate clearly with stakeholders
  • in-depth knowledge of business aviation environment preferably in ground operations, flight dispatch, or flight planning
  • ability to maintain accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • capacity to deliver work punctually under pressure
  • effective communication and coordination skills
  • familiarity with FAA and EASA regulatory environments

Job Duties

  • maintain and update Global View platform to ensure smooth communication with partner AOCs, tactical team, sales and client services
  • arrange ground handling services, airport slots, and fuel according to established procedures
  • liaise with external providers including handling agents, FBOs, fuel suppliers, civil aviation authorities, and customs
  • request overflight and landing permits as required
  • submit flight, crew and passenger information to customs and border agencies
  • provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight status during planning stages
  • liaise and coordinate with operating partners’ tactical controllers to communicate discrepancies and non-standard preparations
