Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in business aviation operations, ground handling, or flight planning preferred
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to a global team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent English language skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the Business Aviation environment preferably in ground operations, flight dispatch, or flight planning
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Proficiency with aviation operations software is a plus
  • Experience working within FAA or EASA regulatory environments
  • Team player with flexible approach to work locations and schedules

Job Duties

  • Maintaining and updating Global View platform to guarantee smooth communication with partner AOCs, Tactical team, Sales and Client Services
  • Arranging ground handling services, airport slots, and fuel for all flights as required by established procedures
  • Liaising with external providers like handling agents, FBOs, fuel suppliers, Civil Aviation Authorities, customs regarding ground services arrangements or operational requirements
  • Requesting overflight and landing permits for all flights as required by established procedures
  • Submitting flight, crew and passenger information to customs and border agencies
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on flight status during the planning stage
  • Coordinating with operating partners’ Tactical Controllers on preparation status and communicating discrepancies and non-standard preparations timely
  • Ensuring all duties are fulfilled efficiently within safety boundaries and maintaining client satisfaction at all times
