Job Requirements
- Current Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate with Instrument and Multi-Engine ratings
- Ability to maintain instructor certificate privileges
- Availability to work on call including occasional weekends
- High level of professionalism and communication skills
- Ability to assess client needs and provide effective instruction
- Willingness to perform related duties and assignments as required
Job Qualifications
- CFI/II/MEI instruction experience
- 1000 hours dual instruction given
- Actual King Air flight experience with 300/350 series and/or 200 series and/or 90 series
- FAA ATP is highly preferred
- FAA medical is highly preferred
Job Duties
- Conduct ground and flight simulator training for customers at Simcom by CAE
- Evaluate the customer's progress in gaining skills and knowledge by established standards
- Maintain competency and qualification authorized to instruct
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
- Demonstrate competent and confident instructional knowledge
- Learn new skills that directly affect product value
- Effectively evaluate customer training needs and proficiently coach and instruct
- Employ creative and innovative teaching methods
- Attain applicable ratings and qualifications in an economical and timely manner
- Assess client needs with timely and effective decision making
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required
