Job Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent
- Five years experience in a customer service environment resolving problems, processing information, and answering inquiries by telephone
- Ability to work various shifts, including rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
- Good communication, organizational, oral and written skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office software

Job Duties
- Work directly with established contracted vendors, CTS, CRS, and crewmembers to ensure booking confirmations and cancellations
- Research and book non-contract vendors when contract vendors are unavailable
- Identify cost-saving opportunities to cancel and reuse rooms as appropriate
- Interpret, implement, and comply with appropriate sections of the pilot’s collective bargaining agreement
- Perform other duties as assigned
