Job Duties
- Book flight services for day of operation and non-scheduled flights
- revise and cancel flight bookings as necessary
- coordinate with contracted vendors, CTS, CRS, and crewmembers to confirm bookings and cancellations
- research and book with non-contract vendors when contract vendors are unavailable
- identify cost-saving opportunities related to room cancellations and reuse
- interpret and comply with pilot's collective bargaining agreement provisions
- perform other assigned duties
