- Five years experience in a customer service environment resolving problems, processing information, and answering inquiries by telephone
- Ability to work various shifts, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Book, revise, and cancel flight services for day of operation and non-scheduled flights
- Work directly with established contracted vendors, CTS, CRS, and crewmembers to ensure booking confirmations and cancellations
- Research and book non-contract vendors when contract vendors are unavailable
- Identify cost-saving opportunities to cancel and reuse rooms as appropriate
- Interpret, implement, and comply with relevant sections of the pilots' collective bargaining agreement
- Perform other duties as assigned
