Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 3 years experience in Part 135 operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of Part 91/135 FAA regulations
- Ability to work rotating twelve-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with SharePoint and internet navigation
- Aptitude to learn industry-specific software and travel management systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex schedules
- Capacity to remain calm under pressure
- Good vision and hearing
- Basic physical capability to sit for extended periods and type
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Coordinate and schedule aircraft and crew duty to ensure timely and efficient mission execution
- Monitor and assess NOTAMs, TFRs, weather conditions, and airport slots to ensure operational readiness
- Proactively secure PPRs and airport slots as required
- Monitor real-time mission activity and respond quickly to delays or disruptions
- Identify and resolve potential conflicts related to crew duty time, aircraft availability, or maintenance requirements
- Ensure compliance with all FAA Part 135 regulations and internal company policies
- Track crew duty/rest times to ensure adherence to federal and company safety standards
- Collaborate with Maintenance teams to coordinate aircraft cleaning, repositioning, test flights, and scheduled maintenance
- Support fatigue mitigation efforts by factoring rest periods and efficient routing into flight schedules
- Work closely with departments across the organization to support TransMedics' mission-driven operations
- Participate in departmental projects and initiatives as needed
- Maintain a high standard of communication, professionalism, and accountability within the 24/7 Command Center environment
