Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of respiratory care experience in ER or ICU within last 18 months
- State Respiratory Care Practitioner License
- CRITT certification
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- NRP certification prior to flight status
- Neonatal Resuscitation Provider training provided during orientation
- Must obtain trauma certification within 12 months of hire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Assess situations to determine best respiratory care actions
- Utilize critical thinking to manage critically ill or injured patients
- Maintain safe, clean, and well-stocked aircraft environment
- Conduct regular equipment and base safety checks
- Communicate effectively with air and ground teams
- Provide accurate documentation and shift change reports
- Maintain required certifications and complete ongoing training
