Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in aviation hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Flexible availability to work during event duration including irregular hours
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel as required

Job Duties
- Representing ACS at private terminals and airports ensuring smooth operations
- Liaising with FBOs handlers security catering and transportation teams
- Greeting and assisting VIP passengers throughout the check-in and boarding process
- Keeping internal teams updated with live operational information
- Overseeing logistics from aircraft arrival to wheels up being the last to leave
