Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in aviation, hospitality, or luxury customer service preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Willingness to travel nationally during the event period

Job Duties
- Represent ACS at private terminals and airports, ensuring smooth operations
- Liaise with FBOs, handlers, security, catering, and transportation teams
- Greet and assist VIP passengers throughout the check-in and boarding process
- Keep internal teams updated with live operational information
- Oversee logistics from aircraft arrival to wheels up
- Coordinate with airports, ground teams, and flight crews to ensure flight readiness
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-profile clients
