Job Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or resident authorized to work
  • minimum 4,000 total flight hours
  • current unrestricted ATP certificate
  • FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • valid passport
  • meet 14 CFR § 121.436 flight hour regulation requirements
  • willingness to relocate
  • pass pre-employment drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership or management experience in military or aviation industry
  • current unrestricted ATP certificate with airplane category multi-engine class rating
  • English proficiency endorsement
  • minimum 4,000 total flight hours
  • at least 1,000 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours in fixed-wing jet or multi-engine turboprop
  • current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • valid passport and work authorization for U.S.

Job Duties

  • Manage and lead Flight Operations teams
  • oversee UPS Airlines FAA Operating Certificate compliance
  • certify as Flight Qualified Captain or First Officer
  • ensure adherence to safety and training protocols
  • collaborate with Technical, Safety, and Operations departments
  • mentor and train junior pilots
  • contribute to operational planning and strategy
