Job Requirements

  • must be a U.S. citizen or national, or lawful permanent resident or authorized alien
  • minimum 4,000 total flight hours
  • minimum 1,000 pilot in command hours in fixed-wing jets or turboprops
  • current unrestricted ATP certificate with airplane multi-engine class rating
  • current FAA first class medical certificate
  • FCC restricted radiotelephone operator permit
  • valid passport
  • authorization to work in the U.S.
  • previous leadership or management experience

Job Qualifications

  • current unrestricted ATP certificate with airplane multi-engine class rating and English proficiency endorsement
  • minimum 4,000 total flight hours
  • at least 1,000 pilot in command hours in fixed-wing jets or turboprops
  • current FAA first class medical certificate
  • FCC restricted radiotelephone operator permit
  • valid passport
  • authorization to work in the U.S.
  • previous leadership or management experience in military or aviation
  • strong desire for leadership
  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • airline or military training or instructor experience desired
  • willingness to relocate

Job Duties

  • lead and manage flight operations teams
  • certify as flight-qualified captain or first officer
  • oversee compliance with FAA and company safety regulations
  • participate in technical, safety, and training teams
  • manage daily flight operations
  • contribute to a culture of safety and continuous learning
  • support flight crew training and development
