Job Requirements
- Valid Oklahoma paramedic license
- At least 3 years of experience in busy EMS ground services
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS or ITLS
- NRP certification preferred
- Ability to pass physical requirements including a maximum 230-pound weight limit
- Willingness to work full-time or part-time
- Compliance with company safety and operational protocols
Job Qualifications
- Oklahoma paramedic license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in busy EMS ground service
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS or ITLS
- NRP preferred
- Flight Paramedic Certification (FPC) is a plus
- Critical care certification is advantageous
- Strong clinical skills and ability to operate under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide pre-hospital advanced life support care and medical treatment during air transport
- Operate medical equipment and monitor patient vitals en route
- Collaborate with flight nurses and medical teams to ensure continuity of care
- Perform patient assessments and document medical interventions accurately
- Communicate effectively with ground EMS, hospital staff, and flight crew
- Maintain equipment readiness and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
