Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience in a 911 or critical care setting
- current paramedic certification
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work flexible hours and fill open shifts
- proficient in patient care documentation
- physically able to perform duties required in medical flight operations
- compliance with safety standards and protocols

- ability to maintain patient care documentation
- knowledge of emergency medical equipment and safety practices
- able to participate in ongoing education and skills maintenance
- experience in medical flight operations preferred
Job Duties
- Completion and submission of electronic patient care records within specified time frame
- perform daily base checks including narcotic count
- provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care
- maintain competency through ongoing laboratory and clinical experiences
- document licensure, certifications, continuing education, safety, and advanced procedures
- manage and maintain emergency equipment and supplies
- foster positive interpersonal relationships with colleagues and external partners
- participate as a medical flight team member
- attend pre-mission briefings and mission debriefings
- assist in pre-mission liftoff checklist and pilot support activities
- comply with safety standards to ensure safety of all personnel and equipment
- conduct aircraft safety briefings
- fill open or vacant shifts as assigned
