Job Requirements
- High school graduate
- Some college and or technical school desirable or equivalent professional military education and or experience
- Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to give verbal and written direction to assigned staff
- Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain SIDA credentials with unrestricted U.S. Customs background clearance
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in a high-traffic aircraft operations area
- Heightened sense of situational awareness
- Very good interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset

Job Duties
- Work with internal and external staff on tasks assigned by the Flight Operations Manager
- Communicate with flight crews, operations departments, and vendors to resolve issues, ensuring all stakeholders are updated in a timely manner
- Handle high-volume, high-tempo work demands while meeting deadlines
- Utilize working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, and related software
- Provide necessary supplies for flight and ground crews
- Coordinate catering to meet flight schedules and crew needs
- Provide responsive support to flight crews, ensuring needs are addressed efficiently
- Ensure smooth daily operations with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Other duties assigned by the Flight Operations Manager
