- enlisted military grade E7 or lower or warrant officer WO1 to CW2
- minimum 18 months experience education or training in transportation program rules and regulations
- experience using computer and automation systems
- knowledge of directives and regulations governing transportation of personnel cargo or freight
- ability to verify legal travel entitlements
- experience planning and organizing work of others
