Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in military operations, tactical coordination, or TOC management, with an accumulated 4 years' experience by the start of employment
- Strong understanding of flight and ground operations procedures
- Proficiency in operational planning and reporting tools

- Proficiency in operational planning and reporting tools
- Ability to read and interpret Mission Execution Forecast (MEF) forms
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Prior military service in operations or aviation support roles
- Experience executing 24-hour tactical operations centers
- Familiarity with OMIS or similar mission command systems
- Knowledge of U.S. Army doctrinal standards and training cycles
Job Duties
- Communicate and coordinate with subordinate, higher, and adjacent units
- Manage administrative aspects of flight and ground operations
- Monitor and synchronize flight/ground operations during mission execution
- Prepare and issue fragmentary orders, operational plans, and intelligence summaries
- Maintain operational products to enhance command situational awareness
- Assist in developing the weekly flight schedule
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Operational Management Information System (OMIS)
- Process flight plans and ensure accuracy
- Provide weather updates and NOTAMs to staff and training audiences
- Develop and submit NOTAM requests
- cross-train peers in the process
- Assist in tracking flight hours
- Ensure daily logs and closing reports are completed and disseminated accurately
- Maintain accountability of equipment and sensitive items
- Operate and understand Blue Force Tracker (BFT) and Tactical Engagement Simulation System (TESS)
- Deliver professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain familiarity with Squadron Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Understand and apply the Pre-Accident Plan
- Follow the daily battle rhythm and section battle drills
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the TOC Operations Coordinator, Deputy PM, or PM
