Job Requirements
- Current check airman or captain on global aircraft preferred
- possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- current first class medical certificate
- no accidents, incidents or FAA enforcement actions in last 5 years
- unrestricted worldwide travel
- position requires working evenings and weekends, including scheduled company holidays
- extensive piloting background including international operations
- maintain full understanding of Jet Select’s GOM, OpSpecs and applicable federal aviation regulations
- previous management experience preferred
- authorization to work in the United States
- 150 hours flight time in previous 365 days and 30 hours in previous 90 days
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- extensive piloting background including international operations
- previous management experience preferred
- strong communication and organizational skills
- analytical ability to evaluate operational data
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Ventures applications
- ability to prepare detailed reports
- experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments
- ability to manage and motivate a remote team
- thorough understanding of federal aviation regulations and company operations manual
- valid first class medical certificate

Job Duties
- Execute all performance management functions
- ensure crew are calibrated with company goals
- hold bi-monthly fleet meetings
- execute all necessary time and attendance functions
- conduct quarterly one-on-one appraisals and reviews
- reward and recognize team members
- develop effective talent strategies including internal changes and external hires
- ensure pilot schedule coverage and fleet balance
- review duty assignments and fatigue reports of all flight crew
- safeguard crew welfare
- act as the Flight Operations Manager on Duty according to the roster
- review ongoing training progress
- support onsite crew support programs
- support the simulator program ensuring all profiles meet training objectives
- monitor and track sensitive flights assigned to the fleet
- complete event debriefs and provide recommendations within 48 hours
- review aircraft on ground events and provide operational recommendations
- direct implementation of flight operations policies and procedures
- ensure logistical procedures and documentation completeness and accuracy
- identify fleet needs and issue fleet memos
- collaborate with maintenance operations center on maintenance events and MEL management
- oversee client experience including wifi and cabin status
- ensure understanding and compliance with efficiency policies and procedures
- ensure all flight operations are safe, regulated, and in accordance with company policies through close work with director of operations
- recommend standardization policies and procedures
- ensure compliance with Centric/App systems including eCrew, EFF, ETL
- utilize Tableau dashboards for data analysis
- manage ADP, SuccessFactors, and Confluence systems effectively
- evaluate data to support operational decisions
- communicate effectively
- maintain strong interpersonal skills
