Job Requirements

  • bachelor of science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering
  • fluent English

  • 3+ years of experience in engineering

  • familiarity with Boeing flight operations, performance software, and commercial airplane performance
  • ability to summarize results and develop recommendations based on relevant data sources

Job Duties

  • respond to customer inquiries on master minimum equipment list, dispatch deviation guide, flight crew procedures, and ferry flight requests
  • provide on and off hours support to Boeing’s 24-hour Operations Center for ferry flight requests and other time-critical customer inquiries
  • conduct fast-paced, high-level research into customer inquiries using resourcefulness
  • coordinate with and integrate engineering teams and technical pilots to develop detailed responses
  • document work with good technical details for future use
  • champion improvements to technologies, tools, and processes to enhance technological readiness and reduce cycle time and cost
  • assist in training others in work processes and work products
