Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience
- Fluent English

- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with Boeing flight operations, performance software, and commercial airplane performance
- Ability to summarize results and develop conclusions and recommendations based on data
Job Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries on MMEL and Dispatch Deviation Guide, flight crew procedures, and ferry flight requests
- Provide on and off hours support to Boeing's 24-hour Operations Center for ferry flight requests and other time-critical customer inquiries
- Conduct fast-paced, high-level research into customer inquiries
- Coordinate with engineering teams and technical pilots to develop detailed responses
- Document work with technical details for future use
- Champion improvements to technologies, tools, and processes
- Assist in training others in work processes and work products
