Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in aviation, scheduling, or customer service
- Strong computer skills including Windows-based systems and MS Office
- Excellent communication and situational awareness
- Comfortable working early morning shifts and weekends
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Associate degree or higher preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow in a structured, team-oriented setting

Job Duties
- Coordinate and dispatch training missions using aircraft, simulators, classrooms, and instructors
- Maximize training resource utilization while minimizing cancellations
- Collaborate with Training, Maintenance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor flight activity and maintain accurate flight time records
- Support training documentation and scheduling systems
- Ensure compliance with CAE policies and regulatory standards
