Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in aviation, scheduling, or customer service
  • Strong computer skills including Windows-based systems and MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Associate degree or higher preferred but not required
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a structured team environment

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and dispatch training missions using aircraft, simulators, classrooms, and instructors
  • Maximize training resource utilization while minimizing cancellations
  • Collaborate with Training, Maintenance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Monitor flight activity and maintain accurate flight time records
  • Support training documentation and scheduling systems
  • Ensure compliance with CAE policies and regulatory standards
