Job Requirements
- Three years of experience in an emergency or adult critical care setting as a licensed RN
- Current RN license in states served by the assigned area
- EMT certification in states where required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certification prior to flight status
- Trauma certification where required

- Prior flight experience preferred
- Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS preferred
- Advanced certification (CEN, CCRN, CFRN) required within 24 months of hire
Job Duties
- Assess situations to determine best course of action for critical care patients
- Utilize critical thinking to manage critically ill or injured adult and pediatric patients
- Provide a safe, clean, and well-stocked aircraft environment
- Maintain equipment and base safety checks
- Communicate effectively with air and ground teams, dispatch, and facilities
- Share shift change information and maintain accurate documentation
- Maintain required certifications and ongoing training
