Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • No special licenses or certificates required
  • 0-1 years applicable customer service work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
  • Ability to multitask and provide high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to listen and learn
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and develop and take feedback well
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to attain Love Field Badge

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet customers as the first point of contact on the ramp
  • Provide basic-service concierge services including taking service orders from crew or passengers and supplying refreshments such as coffee, ice, and newspapers
  • Escort and assist passengers with transportation needs including pick up and drop off
  • Complete opening and closing duties as assigned by Customer Service Representatives or FLA Management
  • Communicate customer needs to appropriate departments
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing flights and coordinate ramp movements
  • Work with Line Service Technicians to fulfill customer requests
  • Maintain a clean and professional lobby area with stocked refreshments
  • Maintain and record appropriate supply levels
  • Correspond professionally with customers and vendors to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude while multitasking
  • Perform other duties as assigned
