Job Requirements
- Willing to work any shift required
- 1+ years of experience within aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing
- 1+ years of experience in advising and influencing others to meet compliance, quality and safety requirements
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 1+ years of experience with Systematic Problem Solving and Standardized Work
- 1+ years of experience requiring strong interpersonal skills
- Must work 100% onsite in North Charleston, South Carolina
- No relocation assistance provided

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience leading and working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Field Operations
- Familiarity with Boeing Production System (BPS) concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in advising and influencing others to meet compliance, quality and safety requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Systematic Problem Solving and Standardized Work
Job Duties
- Partner with 787 Manufacturing Safety Team members as required
- Facilitate compliance-related BPSMs and RSPSs for assigned areas
- Understand relevant policies, processes, procedures, BPS criteria and expectations
- Compile and report all performed compliance assessments using EPES and program standard processes
- Support Focal meetings through facilitation, backup facilitation, or attendance
- Support emergent compliance projects as requested by team leadership
- Conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
- Analyze and interpret data
- Provide feedback on assessment results
- Work with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools
- Implement strategies and plans at the appropriate level in the organization
