Job Requirements

  • meet standard flight attendant qualifications
  • pass comprehensive medical examination
  • pass background check
  • have at least 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant
  • possess proven leadership experience
  • demonstrate flexibility for variable schedules including night shifts and holidays
  • complete Delta's Flight Leader training program

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant
  • demonstrated leadership experience in a purser or senior/deputy role
  • ability to manage diverse teams effectively
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • adherence to all standard flight attendant qualifications
  • completion of or willingness to complete Delta's Flight Leader training
  • college degree preferred

Job Duties

  • lead pre-flight safety and service briefings
  • manage in-flight crew performance
  • serve as primary liaison between flight deck and cabin crew
  • handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
  • ensure all in-flight documentation is accurate and compliant
  • deliver Delta's signature customer service consistently
  • support training and mentoring of junior crew members
