Job Requirements
- meet standard flight attendant qualifications
- pass comprehensive medical examination
- pass background check
- have at least 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant
- possess proven leadership experience
- demonstrate flexibility for variable schedules including night shifts and holidays
- complete Delta's Flight Leader training program
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant
- demonstrated leadership experience in a purser or senior/deputy role
- ability to manage diverse teams effectively
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- adherence to all standard flight attendant qualifications
- completion of or willingness to complete Delta's Flight Leader training
- college degree preferred
Job Duties
- lead pre-flight safety and service briefings
- manage in-flight crew performance
- serve as primary liaison between flight deck and cabin crew
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
- ensure all in-flight documentation is accurate and compliant
- deliver Delta's signature customer service consistently
- support training and mentoring of junior crew members
