Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flight Instructor Airplane Single Engine Land (CFI) certification
- Current Class III medical certificate
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Experience with 200 hours dual given preferred
- Experience as flight instructor for single and multi-engine airplanes with instrument privileges preferred
- Experience teaching in technologically advanced aircraft in a Part 141 flight school or military undergraduate flight training experience as a fully qualified instructor preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in diverse environments including outdoors, hangar, office, ramp, aircraft, and classroom

Job Duties
- Conduct training (ground and flight duties) in accordance with applicable FAA training requirements under FAR part 141
- Provide ground instruction on aircraft systems, training maneuvers, procedures, and other flight related subjects
- Conduct preflight and post-flight debriefings and provide in-flight instruction to ensure thorough student comprehension
- Execute flight training resulting in Private Pilot Certification with Instrument privileges for Single and Multi-Engine Land Airplane
- Complete gradebook entries to ensure syllabus requirements are met
- Serve as a mentor and professional developer to new aviators
- Maintain compliance with all company security and data protection policies
