Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • current FAA Certified Flight Instructor (Single-Engine Land)
  • legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • ability to work on-site at New Century AirCenter
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong commitment to safety
  • availability for part-time work

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • current FAA Certified Flight Instructor (Single-Engine Land) certificate
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) preferred
  • experience with Cessna 172 and Cirrus aircraft preferred
  • dual given flight instruction experience preferred
  • familiarity with Garmin G1000 avionics preferred
  • high performance aircraft endorsement preferred

Job Duties

  • conduct flight training sessions for private pilot students
  • provide instrument flight training to students
  • instruct commercial pilot students in advanced flight techniques
  • ensure student progress meets FAA standards
  • maintain detailed records of student performance
  • conduct pre-flight and post-flight briefings
  • ensure compliance with safety regulations
