Job Requirements
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and aviation software
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities at once
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Job Qualifications
- FAA Certified Flight Instructor rating
- AS degree in flight preferred but not required
- FAA part 141 flight school experience preferred
Job Duties
- Teach students to fly
- Prepare and maintain FAA documents
- Assist in managing the work study students
- Participate in on-campus and off-campus events
- Provide operational support to the Chief Flight Instructor, Assistant Chief Flight Instructor, and Director of Aviation
- Welcome visitors to the flight program and facilitate next steps
- Other related duties as assigned
