Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical fitness to pass PT test (1.5 mile run in 12.5 minutes
- 10 pull-ups in 2 minutes
- 50 push-ups in 2 minutes
- 50 sit-ups in 2 minutes)
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to follow routine and procedure
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to coach and instruct others
- Physically able to catch or correct movements of a person up to 300 lbs
- Demonstrated commitment, dedication, and teamwork
- Basic computer literacy
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills

Job Duties
- Ensure guest safety while flying in the Indoor Skydiving Tunnel
- Provide excellent customer service
- Coach novice and advanced flyers
- Control the Indoor Skydiving Tunnel and wind-speed
- Train and teach skydiving instructional classes
- Gear up and de-gear guests
- Fly guests in the Indoor Skydiving Tunnel while ensuring their safety
- Take in-flight photographs of guests
- Sell Urban Air products and services
- Meet and greet customers
- Sales and clean the facility
