Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- valid unrestricted driver’s license
- ability to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands for keyboard operation
- able to lift up to 30lbs
- operation based in Ypsilanti, MI at Willow Run Airport
- no remote work option
- no relocation package
- must work second or third shift
- must be available full-time including overtime
- must be available for nights, weekends, holidays
- at least 18 years old
- authorized to work in the US
Job Qualifications

- intermediate MS Office knowledge

Job Duties
- perform logistics function by optimizing availability of aircraft, crews, and locations
- communicate verbally over phone and e-mail
- communicate with clients and quote trips based on availability and pricing
- coordinate with flight crews and maintenance to ensure on-time routes
- locate air and ground assets under time constraints
- enter and track trips using Avianis software
- manage transportation and accommodations for flights
- coordinate customs, permits, ground handling, and maintenance
- maintain dispatch reports, aircraft records, and secure files
- handle multiple tasks with a service-oriented attitude
